2. Scope and purposes

We process data to handle bookings and stays (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), respond to enquiries by phone or e-mail (b/f), issue accounting documents (c) and for analytics based on your cookie consent (a).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to make a booking and deliver the service.

3. Online bookings

Bookings are handled by the external roomadmin.pl system. Data entered in the booking form is processed by the system provider as a processor and by the controller to deliver the stay.

4. Recipients

Recipients may include: the booking system provider (roomadmin.pl), the hosting provider, the accounting office and — with your consent to analytics cookies — Google (Google Analytics). Data is not transferred outside the EEA without a legal basis.

5. Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as necessary to deliver the service and as required by tax law (up to 5 years). Enquiry data — until correspondence ends. Cookie data — according to each cookie's lifetime.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies essential to its operation and — after consent — analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure traffic. You can manage consent via the cookie banner; analytics cookies load only after acceptance.
