Online payment terms

These terms set out the rules for online payments for additional services booked at Pienińska Willa Aleksandrówka (e.g. the wellness zone, bike rental) — including via the on-site tablet kiosk and the aleksandrowka.eu website.

1. General provisions

The seller of the services is Aleksandrówka Andrzej Aleksander (sole proprietorship), ul. Ruchu Ludowego 3a, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, NIP 7341012255. Property address: Park Dolny 14, 34-460 Szczawnica.

The online payment operator is CashBill S.A., ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 2, 40-082 Katowice, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under KRS 0000323297, NIP 6292410801, REGON 241048572 — a national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF register no. IP24/2014).

Starting a payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Scope and currency

Online payments cover additional services booked at the property (e.g. sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub, bike rental with accessories) and — where indicated during booking — reservation fees or deposits.

All payments are made in Polish złoty (PLN). The amount due is shown before the payment starts and reflects the selected services, their duration and the number of persons/units.

3. Payment methods

Depending on the activated channels we offer: fast online transfers (pay-by-link), BLIK, card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and the Apple Pay and Google Pay wallets.

The available methods are presented on the operator's payment page once the transaction starts.

4. Processing and confirmation

After placing a booking the guest is redirected to the operator's secure payment page. The booking is confirmed automatically once we receive confirmation of a successful payment from the operator.

Until the payment is settled the booking remains preliminary (unconfirmed). Failure to pay within the set time results in the booking being cancelled and the slot released.

5. Security

The payment is handled entirely by the operator. Card data is processed solely by the operator — the seller does not store and has no access to card data.

Payment data transmission is encrypted. The operator complies with the security requirements applicable to payment institutions.

6. Refunds

Where a cancellation entitles the guest to a refund, the refund is made to the same payment instrument used for the payment, promptly and within 14 days at the latest.

Service cancellation rules are set out during booking and in the property's Terms.

7. Payment complaints

Complaints regarding services and bookings may be submitted to the seller: [email protected], handled promptly and within 14 days at the latest.

Complaints regarding the payment transaction itself are handled by the payment operator under its own terms, available at www.cashbill.pl.

8. Personal data

For payment handling the payment operator is a separate data controller and processes data under its own privacy policy.

The seller's other personal-data processing rules are described in the Privacy policy available on the site.

9. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The seller reserves the right to amend these terms; the terms in force at the time of booking apply to that booking.
