1. General

The property is operated by Aleksandrówka Andrzej Aleksander (sole proprietorship), ul. Ruchu Ludowego 3a, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, NIP 7341012255. Property address: Park Dolny 14, 34-460 Szczawnica.

Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking and payment

Bookings can be made online via the roomadmin.pl system or by phone. Payment and any deposit terms are set out during the booking process.

3. Deposit and cancellation

A booking is confirmed once the deposit stated during the booking process has been paid. The deposit counts towards the total price of the stay.

If the room is cancelled on the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable and is forfeited in full — in an amount equal to the price of the booked room.

The deposit is governed by Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code. Earlier cancellations are settled on the terms stated at the time of booking.

4. Hotel day

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.

Reception open daily 9:00 – 20:00.

5. Stay rules

Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 7:00. Guests are required to keep order and follow safety and fire regulations.

The wellness zone (sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub) is available after prior booking; a surcharge applies per the current price list.

6. Liability

Guests are liable for damage caused through their fault. The property's liability for items left in the room is limited to the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.

7. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to [email protected] and are handled promptly, within 14 days at the latest.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy available on the site.
